Returns Policy
To return or exchange an item
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the items to us in their original condition* within 14 days of receipt. As we do not give full refunds unless goods are faulty, we are happy to exchange your item for another size, style or colour. If you do not want your items we can issue you with a creditnote for the value of the goods bought.
Some products are non-returnable and will be marked accordingly..i.e sales goods, promotional stock.
Please Note:
• The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
• The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
• The parcel can take up to 7 working days to be returned to our Warehouse, unless sent via special delivery.

Refunds
Custom Deluxe does not give refunds unless goods recieved are faulty.
However if you decide that the Custom Deluxe item is not what you ordered or is unsuitable, then as long as the item is returned within 10 days in the exact same condition we will be happy to refund your money in full.
Faulty Items
If the item you received is faulty, please contact Custom Deluxe at info@customdeluxedenim.com quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return.
If you do not want a replacement item then you are entitled to a full refund.
We only give refunds on faulty goods. You have 14 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.
I received the wrong item
If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please contact Custom Deluxe at info@customdeluxedenim.com quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and we will be happy to rectify the problem and send you what you have ordered free of postage charge
*Note: when trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume / aftershave or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. Food Stains are also not accepted. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. The item must be returned in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation.

By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are limited to mainland UK and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible. Please see our Delivery Charges notice for further information.
Please allow up to 21 days for delivery of products subject to availability.
